$125/4 Week Block  

Custom Online Training Plan Delivered in 4 Week Blocks via Training Peaks. 

Unlimited email communication Monday -Friday 9-5 for program or workout clarification.

Monthly Training Review Phone Call

Typical  Athlete Profile:

This program is for the athlete who has a regular training schedule and can execute the plan as written with limited interruptions.   If you are comfortable following a plan on your own with only Monthly Coach Contact this is the program for you.

Medio Coaching Plan 

$230/4 Week Block

Custom Online Training Plan Delivered in 4 Week Blocks via Training Peaks. 

Unlimited email/text communication Monday - Friday 9-5 for program or workout clarification. 

Weekly Email from Coach

Monthly Data File Review  Meetings in person or Via Skype for remote athletes.

Pre Race Strategy Sessions and Post Race File Analysis (A Race Only)

Typical Athlete Profile:

This program is for the athlete with a less predictable work/life schedule who may need regular adjustments to their training plan to stay on schedule.  If you want 'A' race strategy and tactics sessions, and weekly coach feedback then this is the program for you.

Gran Coaching Plan

$300/4 Week Block

Custom Online Training Plan Delivered in 4 Week Blocks via Training Peaks. 

Unlimited athlete driven email/text communication including weekends. 

Daily training file review with coach comments in training peaks.

Pre Race Strategy Sessions and Post Race File Analysis (all races)

If you need a flexible training calendar with on the fly adjustment, daily training data review, off hours and weekend communication and a regular coach consult then this is the program for you.
