We Offer Three Levels of Coaching to help you stay ahead of the pack

Basic Coaching Plan

This program is for the athlete who wants a professionally crafted training plan for a specific event but does not need regular contact with their coach. After your initial meeting with your coach you’ll receive your first 4 week plan.  Every 4 weeks you will get a phone call from your coach to go over any training concerns and discuss the upcoming month’s schedule. If you are training for your first century, a Gran Fondo Event or wanting to move from the C ride to the A ride then this is the plan for you.  

 

Your Coaching Package will include: 

  • Custom Online Training Plan Delivered in 4 Week Blocks via Training Peaks. 
  • Unlimited athlete driven contact for program/workout clarification 
  • Monthly Plan Updates via Phone or Email
  • Detailed “A” Race planning session
  • $125/Month

Intermediate Coaching 

This program is for the athlete who wants a full season of coaching,  regular training file reviews and monthly progress reports.  If you are an active rider who wants to move to the front of the pack then this program is the one for you.  You will learn to train more effectively in less time as well as how to organize a complete season of training.  If you are new to racing and want help learning the ropes or if you an active racer looking to cat up or chasing podium spots then this is the plan for you. 

 

Your Coaching Package will include: 

  • Seasonal Training Plan 
  • Custom Online Training Plan Delivered in 4 Week Blocks via Training Peaks. 
  • Weekly Communication from your Coach 
  • Unlimited athlete driven emails for program/workout clarification 
  • Monthly Planning/Progress Meetings in person or Via Skype for remote athletes.
  • Detailed A Race Planning Strategy Sessions  and post race data reviews.  
  • $175/Month

Advanced Coaching 

This program is for the athlete who want to go big and is serious about their goals. You can expect daily contact with your coach detailed training file review, regular benchmark testing and a coach as invested in your success as you are. This program has it all including diet and nutrition advice,  race analysis and strategy both pre and post event, and annual training plans with clear benchmark goals. If you want to be competitive at a regional or national level then this is the plan for you. 

 

Your Coaching Package Will Include:

  • Training Peaks Premium Account
  • Annual Training Plan
  • Up to 2 Hour Initial Consult and Calendar Planning
  • Review of Past Training Files If Available 
  • Daily Logged Workout Review with Coach Coach Comments
  • Weekly Coach Meetings, vis Phone, or Skype for remote athletes.
  • Unlimited Athlete drive Text and Email Contact
  • Pre Race Strategy Sessions and Post Race File Analysis (all races) 
  • $275/Month
