This plan is designed for the highly motivated recreational rider looking to thrive in the mountains. The plan assumes you train using either a heart rate monitor or power meter and that you are currently riding a minimum of 7 hours per week.  


This plan is designed to help new cyclists build your general cycling fitness and increase their cycling skills like cornering, standing, riding in a group, etc. You do not need anything other that your bike, your helmet and safe roads to complete this plan.
