How Pricing Works:

  • Registration: $410

  • "Bring a Friend" Team Discount: $375 each when your team includes at least one new WBL rider

Through conversations in our virtual locker room, weekly coach videos, and regular virtual group training rides, we'll teach you how to train with purpose in the winter season. You’ll learn how to individualize your training targets to maximize gains, how to adjust your eating based on the work you’re doing on the bike, and how interpret your training data to measure progress. After every key workout there will be an athlete file review posted in our locker room so we can all learn from each other.

How it Works

  • Register for the League using the button’s above.

  • Upon registration you’ll receive a welcome email from Coach Sarah Inviting you Join the Winter Bike League Virtual Locker Room in Slack - here you’ll be able to view archived videos about the program, learn more about how the program will run, ask questions about smart trainers, power meters, riding in Zwift, etc.

  • Once you’ve joined the locker room, Coach Sarah will send you a message in slack asking you about your plan volume preference, help you set up your training peaks account with hers, and answer any other questions you may have.
