Coach Sarah has been coaching endurance athletes for over 20 years. A former collegiate track runner, Coach Sarah spent her post college years working as a high school coach, and becoming a competitive triathlete. After getting sidelined by a back injury, she turned to road cycling, clawing her way in her 40s through the amateur ranks, to earn her Cat 2 upgrade and several national podiums in time trials and road racing. She is a data driven, detail oriented coach who will created a personalized training plan specifically crafted to fit the demands of your race and the demands of your time.
Now that she’s retired from road racing, Coach Sarah continues to challenge herself in Gravel and CX events, training for multi day, hiking, backpacking and cycling adventures with friends and clients.
Coach Kathy has over 20 years developing and implementing triathlon training programs for adults and children. She is a certified USAT race director, USAT Certified Coach, USAT Certified Youth and Junior Coach, USTF race course certifier and a Water Guide. Kathy is a three time Triathlon Worlds Qualifier and Ironman Finisher.
Coach Kathy’s specializes in junior athlete development, and adult triathlon training. She is a master at creating small groups of like minded athletes helping them achieve more together. She believes that that training with others will help to push you forward, encourage you when you hit a setback, and keep you accountable when you lack motivation. She brings a games based approach to her training sessions, making workouts feel fun even when they hard.
When she’s not running around with the kids, you will find Coach Kathy leading multi-day paddling adventures or teaching kids to ski at Powderhorn.
