Winter Bike League

(Winter League runs December - March)

Our league athletes are recreational cyclists who love a challenge. They want to tear it up on their group rides, be ready to jump into a Gran Fondo on a moment’s notice, and they love having a structured seasonal training program.

Our bike league is designed to provide you with the structure, goals and feedback of a personal coach but at a lower price point.

Your League membership Includes:

  • Individualized online training plan

  • Access to the Betera Locker Room in Slack for training tips, nutrition advice, and file reviews.

  • Bi Weekly Coached Wkos in Zwift


1 on 1 Cycling/Triathlon Coaching

One on One coaching is for anyone who has a specific event on their schedule in the coming season. We coach marathon runners, through hikers, cyclo-cross racers, time trialists, and gravel adventurers. Whatever your event, we will help you show up at the start line fully prepared and ready to race. All One on One Coaching packages include season goal setting, personalized training programs delivered in TrainingPeaks, and regular workout feedback, phone calls and, emails with your coach.

All Coaching Packages Include

  • Past logged workout review and training zone set up

  • Annual training plan design and long term goal setting

  • Regular video reviews of logged workouts in training peaks

  • Workouts delivered via training peaks and designed using power (cyclists) or pace and hr (runners) or both (triathletes).

  • Weekly check ins via phone or video calls with your coach.

  • Unlimited training plan edits and athlete initiated contact with your coach.

Optional Add On’s

  • 1 on 1 in person sessions with coach

  • virtual training rides with coach in Zwift

  • Personal Coach Led Training Camps in the mountains of CO

  • Race Day Support from Coach


1 on 1 or Small Group Lessons
